GRADUATION

#2 Graduates!

There are few words...

but of course, there are a lot of pictures.

All of the seats were behind the students. I am so glad they had
a big screen  so that we could see what was going on. This is a
picture of #2 and the principal on the screen.

It was HOT!!
They closed off a street in downtown Raleigh for us to mingle and take pictures.
It was so hot, we took a few pictures, then we were ready were to get out of  the heat.

NC State Bound!!
(15 minutes away!! HA HA!)

The Shrine

After graduation we took #2 out to eat.
Afterwards, she went to DW'S house (her prom date).
It was his birthday AND graduation day so his parents had all of the kids over there for a big party.
(better them than me!!)

This morning we woke and got ready for our graduation party.

#3 helped all day without complaining (almost)
I bribed her, big time!

Some of the guys entertained us with a diving contest.

Do you watch the Food Network?
This guy (and place) was on Road Tasted with the Neely's .
They were featured on their show for their North Carolina style BBQ.

After their party, #2 and her friend went to another friend's party.
She has four to go to tomorrow and some more on Sunday.
(We'll go to a few of them too.)
She has been so blessed to have such good friends.

I have more to tell  about graduation, #2 and college, but for now, I just wanted to get these pictures posted. We are exhausted. The MOTH (man of the house) is snoring beside me. He did a great job on the yard today. He took the day off just to get everything in order. I know I am definitely sleeping- in in the morning. Funny how "sleeping-in" isn't what it used to be.
I'll probably be up by 7:30.

Congrats! I can't imagine how proud you must be! Your party looks absolutely lovely and I think that standing between those two beautiful girls of yours must have been the BEST moment of that BBQ guy's life!

Congratulations! Don't you love having teenage boys around? They are an altogether different species than our daughters : )

Congratulations. Looks like it was a beautiful day for the party. Two down and one to go. At least you have a few years left for #3.
Enjoy the summer with everyone around.

Congrats to #2! Looks like a wonderful party and lots of fun to beat the heat! Your house is going to be quiet come fall time! #3 will feel like an only child!

High school graduations are so exciting and I know you were so proud of your beautiful daughter!! Such a milestone in a young adult's life! She will love being at State, even if it just 15 minutes away. It looks like the party was lots of fun!! Enjoy some much needed rest and relaxation now. Love & blessings from NC!
